Getting started
How do I create my bio page?
Download the LinkyStore app, sign in with Google or Apple, and follow the 4-step creation wizard. Your page is published instantly.
How much does it cost?
LinkyStore includes a free plan. Pro and Creator add advanced analytics, commerce and creator tools. On mobile, paid plans are purchased through App Store or Google Play.
What will my link look like?
If you chose a username, your link will be linkystore.app/yourname. Otherwise, a unique ID is assigned automatically.
Do I need to enter my card?
No, never. No feature of LinkyStore requires payment.
Editing my page
How do I add or remove a link?
Go to the Links tab in the editor. Tap + to add, or the bin icon to delete. You can also reorder by drag-and-drop.
Can I change my page style?
Yes. Go to the Appearance tab: choose from 3 layouts (Minimal, Bento, Music), 8 accent colours, and toggle between dark and light mode.
How do I add my avatar?
In the Appearance tab, tap the avatar circle and pick a photo from your gallery. Max size: 5 MB.
Why does Spotify/YouTube show as an embedded player?
LinkyStore automatically detects Spotify and YouTube links and displays them as embedded players — no configuration needed.
Sharing my page
How do I share my link?
Once published, go to Profile → My page and tap the copy icon. You can also generate a QR code from the Share button.
Will my page appear on Google?
Yes. Every bio page includes SEO tags (Open Graph, JSON-LD, sitemap.xml) to be properly indexed by Google and shared on social networks.
What about sitemap.xml?
All published pages are automatically added to linkystore.app/sitemap.xml for easy indexing.
Analytics
What stats are available?
Total views, clicks per link, CTR, traffic sources (Instagram, TikTok, Google…), devices (mobile, tablet, desktop) and history over 7 or 30 days.
How do I get 30-day history?
7-day analytics are included on the free plan. The 30-day history is included with Pro and Creator; mobile upgrades are handled by App Store or Google Play.
Are the stats reliable?
Yes. We measure every page view and click in real time, with IP anonymisation (GDPR compliant).
Account & privacy
How do I delete my account?
Send an email to [email protected] from your account address. All your data will be erased within 30 days.
What data do you collect?
Email (auth), profile picture, page data (name, bio, links), anonymised stats (clicks, views). Full details in our privacy policy.
Is my data sold?
No, never. LinkyStore does not sell, rent or share your personal data.
I want to change my email address
This feature is not yet available. Contact support and we'll do it manually.
Troubleshooting
My page isn't showing
Wait 30 seconds after publishing (CDN propagation). If the issue persists, republish the page from the editor.
The app crashes / white screen
Close and relaunch the app. If it persists, update to the latest version. Otherwise, contact support with your phone model.
I can't log in anymore
Check your internet connection and that you're using the correct Google/Apple account linked to your LinkyStore profile.
