You can delete your LinkyStore account and associated data from the mobile app or the web.
From the mobile app
Open Profile, then Account and data, choose Delete my account, and confirm the deletion in the dialog.
From the web
After signing in, open Settings, then Delete account. A recent sign-in may be required to protect your account.
If you can no longer sign in
Write from the address associated with the account. Include the account email and, if known, your page identifier. A proportionate identity check may be required before deletion: [email protected].
Deleted and retained data
Pages, settings, content and identifiers without a retention obligation are deleted or anonymised. Minimised accounting, consent, withdrawal, refund or anti-fraud evidence may be retained for the legally required period.
Mobile subscriptions
Deleting the account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple or Google. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first to stop renewal.
