These versioned sales terms are a technical draft. Production legal release remains blocked pending human approval and the evidence listed in the legal notices.
1. Seller
Web LinkyStore subscriptions are sold by INOBIC, a French SAS, SIREN 100 546 175, 200 rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris. Where a creator sells their own product, the checkout must identify that creator as seller before payment; INOBIC provides the technical platform.
2. Price and order
Essential characteristics, seller, taxes, billing period, automatic renewal and cancellation terms are shown before payment. The current terms must be accepted through a separate, unchecked control and their version is retained with the order evidence.
3. Subscriptions
Cancellation stops renewal under the effective date shown by Stripe, Apple App Store or Google Play. Account deletion does not automatically cancel Apple or Google billing.
4. Withdrawal
Consumers generally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract. The digital-content exception is used only after an express request for immediate supply, express acknowledgement of loss where legally applicable, and durable confirmation. Immediate delivery alone is insufficient.
Use the withdrawal form to receive an immediate durable receipt.
5. Refund proof
A refund is only marked completed after a positive provider result. Apple and Google refunds remain store-managed and are never claimed by LinkyStore without store evidence.
6. Statutory guarantees
Mandatory conformity guarantees for digital content and services remain fully applicable.
7. Complaints and mediation
Contact [email protected]. A consumer mediator will only be named after an active engagement contract is verified; that evidence is currently missing and blocks legal production release.
