These General Terms of Sale govern the purchase of digital products and subscriptions on LinkyStore.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all purchases made on the LinkyStore platform, whether subscription plans (Pro, Creator) or digital products sold by creators through the marketplace.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes (VAT included where applicable).
- Web payments are processed securely via Stripe. Mobile app subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchases.
- LinkyStore does not store any payment card information.
- Subscription prices may change with 30 days' prior notice.
3. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan chosen.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Digital products
- Digital products (files, courses, memberships) are delivered immediately after payment via download link or account access.
- Creators are solely responsible for the content and quality of their digital products.
- LinkyStore acts as a technical intermediary and is not the seller of creator products.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Digital content supplied immediately after purchase (downloads, courses).
- Services fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period with the consumer's express consent.
For subscription plans, you may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Mobile subscriptions must be managed from the App Store or Google Play account used for the purchase.
6. Refunds
- For LinkyStore Pro / Creator subscriptions purchased on the web, refund or withdrawal requests may be sent within 14 days of purchase to [email protected] with the payment receipt.
- For mobile subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play, request the refund through the relevant store first; LinkyStore support can help identify the purchase if you provide the receipt or order ID.
- Refunds for creator products are handled by the respective creator. This policy does not affect mandatory statutory consumer rights.
7. Platform fees
LinkyStore charges a platform fee on creator sales (percentage varies by plan). This fee is automatically deducted at the time of payment.
8. Liability
LinkyStore is not responsible for disputes between buyers and creators. In case of a dispute regarding a digital product, please contact the creator directly or email [email protected].
9. Applicable law & disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts under applicable French law shall have jurisdiction.
