These terms explain who sells, how subscriptions renew, how to cancel and how to request withdrawal or a refund. Final publication still requires human legal approval.
1. Seller and scope
Web LinkyStore subscriptions are sold by INOBIC, a French SAS with EUR 1,000 share capital, SIREN 100 546 175, 200 rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris. When a creator sells their own offer, their identity and seller status must be shown before checkout; INOBIC then provides the technical infrastructure.
2. Price and order
Before payment, checkout must show essential characteristics, seller, price and taxes, billing period, renewal, next charge and cancellation. Acceptance of the current terms uses a separate unchecked control. Stripe processes web payments; Apple or Google process mobile purchases.
3. Subscriptions and cancellation
A subscription renews at the displayed interval until cancelled. Web purchases are managed through the Stripe portal; mobile purchases are managed in App Store or Google Play settings. Deleting the account does not automatically cancel Apple or Google billing.
4. Withdrawal
Consumers generally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract. The digital-content exception requires an express request for immediate supply, express acknowledgement of the lost right where legally permitted, and durable confirmation. A request should include the account email, order reference, service and purchase date.
5. Refunds
A refund is only marked completed after a positive result from the payment provider. Apple and Google refunds remain store-managed and LinkyStore never presents them as completed without store evidence.
6. Statutory guarantees
Mandatory conformity guarantees for digital content and services remain fully applicable. No clause reduces a consumer’s mandatory right.
7. Complaints and disputes
Questions about an order or refund may be sent to [email protected]. French law applies without limiting mandatory protections in the consumer’s country of residence.
