Terms of Service

By creating an account or using LinkyStore, you accept these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance

Use of the LinkyStore application and the website linkystore.app (collectively, the "Service") constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use the Service.

2. Service description

LinkyStore provides a free plan and paid Pro / Creator plans that let you:

  • Create a public bio page listing your links, social networks, and content.
  • Share that page via a personalised URL and QR code.
  • Track anonymised traffic statistics.

The mobile application and the public pages you create contain no third-party advertising. Paid Pro / Creator features may be purchased on the web or, in the mobile app, through App Store or Google Play in-app purchases.

3. Account creation

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country).
  • Sign in via Google or Apple (Firebase authentication).
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.

You are responsible for keeping your account confidential. Any use of the Service through your account is deemed to have been made by you.

4. User content

4.1 Ownership

You remain the owner of all content you publish (name, bio, photos, links). By publishing it, you grant LinkyStore a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence solely to host and distribute it as part of the Service.

4.2 Responsibility

You warrant that the content you publish:

  • Does not infringe any third-party rights (intellectual property, privacy, image rights).
  • Is not illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or misleading.
  • Is not pornographic and does not depict minors in a sexual manner.
  • Does not promote violence, terrorism, or illegal activities.
  • Does not contain viruses, malware, or malicious code.
  • Is not spam or fraud (phishing, fake accounts, etc.).

5. Prohibited conduct

The following are prohibited in particular:

  • Impersonation (fake accounts in another person's name).
  • Scraping or automated harvesting of public pages.
  • Unauthorised access attempts to our systems.
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension.
  • Artificially manipulating statistics (bots, fake views).
  • Using the Service for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to public order.

6. Moderation and suspension

LinkyStore reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice:

  • To remove any content deemed to violate these terms.
  • To suspend or delete your account in the event of a violation.
  • To cooperate with authorities in the event of a legal request.

7. Plans and in-app purchases

The mobile application does not display third-party ads. Pro / Creator upgrades made from the mobile app are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play billing, according to your device platform. Web upgrades are processed through LinkyStore's web checkout.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by sending an email to [email protected]. All your data will be erased within 30 days (see privacy policy).

LinkyStore may terminate your account without notice in the event of a serious violation of these terms.

9. Warranties and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is", without any express or implied warranty. LinkyStore does not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted availability of the Service.
  • The absence of errors, bugs, or data loss.
  • The suitability of the Service for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkyStore shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any other harm arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkyStore's total liability is limited to the amounts paid to LinkyStore during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or zero euros for free users. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

10. Intellectual property of the Service

The name "LinkyStore", the logo, the application, the source code, page templates, and all graphic elements are the exclusive property of LinkyStore and protected by copyright. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorisation.

11. Changes to the terms

LinkyStore may modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified by email and/or via the app at least 30 days before any substantial changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those of the jurisdiction of LinkyStore's registered office.
