These use terms govern the account and platform. Payment terms are in the Terms of Sale.
1. Service
LinkyStore is operated by INOBIC and provides page, link, content, product, course, booking and related tools. Availability depends on the plan and channel.
2. Account
Users provide accurate information, protect access credentials and must have legal capacity or the necessary representative authorization. Verified email and recent authentication may be required for sensitive actions.
3. Content
Users retain their rights and grant INOBIC only the non-exclusive technical licence needed to host and deliver their content. Users must hold the required rights and comply with consumer, intellectual-property, privacy and advertising rules.
4. Prohibited use
Illegal, fraudulent, misleading or harmful content; phishing; malware; spam; security bypass; fake metrics and prohibited sales are not allowed.
5. Moderation
Report content to [email protected]. Necessary and proportionate restrictions may be taken for legal, security or contractual reasons, with reasons and challenge paths where required.
6. Deletion
Account deletion removes or anonymises data not subject to justified retention. It does not automatically cancel Apple or Google subscriptions.
