These terms govern the account and platform. Pricing, subscription, withdrawal and refund rules are set out in the Terms of Sale.
1. Service
LinkyStore, operated by INOBIC, provides page, link, content, product, course, booking and related tools. Available features may depend on the plan and channel.
2. Account and security
Users provide accurate information, protect access credentials and report unauthorised use. Verified email and recent authentication may be required for sensitive actions.
3. Content
Users retain their rights and grant only the technical licence needed to host and deliver content. They must hold the required rights and comply with consumer, intellectual-property, privacy and advertising rules.
4. Prohibited use
Illegal, fraudulent, misleading or hateful content, phishing, malware, spam, security bypass, fake metrics and prohibited sales are not allowed.
5. Reporting and moderation
Content may be reported to [email protected]. Necessary and proportionate restrictions may be taken for legal, security or contractual reasons, with reasons and challenge paths where required by law.
6. Availability
INOBIC applies reasonable continuity and security measures without promising absolute availability. Mandatory obligations and statutory guarantees remain applicable.
7. Termination and deletion
Users may stop using the service and delete their account. Data without a retention reason is removed or anonymised. Deletion does not automatically cancel Apple or Google subscriptions.
